Silicon Carbide Waterproof Abrasive Paper is a coated abrasive tool manufactured through an advanced high-voltage electrostatic sanding process.
It uses kraft paper that has undergone water-resistant treatment or specially made latex paper as the backing base, high-strength synthetic resin as the binder, and high-quality silicon carbide or alumina as the abrasive.
This product is applicable to both wet grinding and dry grinding. When conditions permit, wet grinding can prevent the generation of dust during grinding, reduce clogging and the heat generated during grinding, improve the surface quality of workpieces and extend the service life of the abrasive paper.
